Sydney Taylor Awards

The Sydney Taylor Book Award has recognized the best in Jewish children’s literature every year since 1968. Winners are books that realistically portray the Jewish experience, and the award is intended to encourage the publication of excellent Jewish children’s novels that exemplify the highest literary standards.
