Horn Book Awards
The Boston Globe presents the Horn Book Awards annually in the field of children’s and young adult literature. Winners are chosen in the categories of Picture Book, Fiction and Poetry, and Nonfiction. Two books may be named in each category. All of the winning books are published in the U.S., but they may be written or illustrated by citizens of any country. The awards are selected by three judges, annually appointed by the Editor of the Horn Book.
