Margaret A. Edwards Awards
The Margaret A. Edwards Awards honor an author whose work in adolescent literature has been popular for a period of time. The award recognizes the author's work in helping young adults become aware of themselves and addressing questions about their role in the world.
The 2008 winner was Orson Scott Card, author of Ender's Game and Ender's Shadow, published by Tor.
